Denying the Use of Fraudulent Parts

An AF/ILS advisory alerted Weapon System Programs across the Air Force that the Defense Logistics Agency had procured fraudulent parts. The list of Stock Numbers was executed through the AVCOM Custom Query in the LS Database. AVCOM reported 2,803 instances of those NSNīs used in LS-managed equipment that would have been impacted if LS procured and used those parts for repair.

The list of affected systems was forwarded for action, resulting in the purging of the fraudulent parts from repair bins.
